Grilled Pork

OMG its finally an update! HAHAA well I've been busy interning and yeah i didn't have anymore kitchen classes to blog about. But anyway since this is a "food blog" I'll just write on some simple stuff you can do at home;)

As for today its grilled pork with tomato soup and toasted bread. One of the simplest things you can do at home and it is substantial too! Didn't have any veggies in the fridge so well you wont expect any greens in this post!

So here it is:
Toasted Bread:
you just toast it like normal, 2 minutes plus?

Soup:
you can check out soup recipes online or you can just get a can of Campbells soup or Heinz soup or something =)

Pork:
- Get a piece or two of pork steaks at the market (this is a collar steak)
- Season well with olive oil, salt and pepper
- As for me, I actually made an insertion in the middle of the steak like the "cream filled donuts" and pumped in some bbq sauce into it so that it'll be full of taste and you can actually still see the sauce oozing out once its cooked
- Grill at medium heat until fully cooked

As for pork, with the nature of it being dirty and stuff, i would suggest to fully grill it until its cooked without blood. Just for safety measures. If something like beef or lamb, you can do it to whatever doneness you want

Alright thats all for this post, I hope i'll post up something else soon :)
